0 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL FOR
MARKET ANALYSlSlFEASlBlLlTY FOR COMMUNITY CENTER
AND THEATRE
WHEREAS, Proposals have been submitted for market analysis/feasibility for the
Community Center and TheatrelMeeting RoomlBanquet Hall; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the proposals and recommends
acceptance of the proposal for the Community Center submitted by Partners in Design
(PID) on a time and materials basis not to exceed $56,000 and the proposal for the
TheatrelMeeting RoomlBanquet Hall submitted by Engberg Anderson Design
Partnership on a time and materials basis not to exceed $40,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the Community Center proposal submitted by Partners in Design (PID) on a time and
materials basis at a cost not to exceed $56,000 and the Theatre/Meeting
Room/Banquet Hall proposal submitted by Engberg Anderson Design Partnership on a
time and materials basis at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to 0 sign any documentation in the name of the City regarding acceptance of the proposal.
