AWARD OF BID
Water Tower Paint Repair
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Industrial Park Water Tower Paint
Repair project and the following bid was received:
Base Bid
Aero Painting, Inc. $102,517.00
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bid
and recommend that the bid submitted by Aero Painting, Inc. in the amount of
$102,517.00 be accepted for the Industrial Park Water Tower Paint Repair Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the bid of Aero Painting, Inc. in the amount of $102,517.00 for the Industrial
Park Water Tower Paint Repair project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any change orders upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
