RESOLUTION #I 34-2001
RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT
OF POTENTIAL CLAIM OF
NICK ZAHAROPOULOS
WHEREAS, A potential claim was submitted by Nick Zaharopoulos and received by the
City of Muskego concerning damage to his property in conjunction with the Boxhorn,
Groveway. Ryan Sewer Project; and
WHEREAS, The City has been negotiating a settlement of this potential claim; and
WHEREAS, The potential claimant is willing to give the City a full and final release in
settlement of this matter for the payment of $4,436.74 which was reviewed and
recommended by the Public Utilities Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
approve the settlement outlined above and authorize the Mayor and
EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director to proceed to finalize the same.
