CCR2001120COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #120-2001 AWARD OF BID 2001 Road Program WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2001 Road Program and the following bids were received: Base Bid Paving Mix and Construction Co. $662,164.30 Payne & Dolan $638,105.00 WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director have reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Payne 8. Dolan in the amount of $638,105.00 be accepted for the City's 2001 Road Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee. does hereby accept the low bid of Payne & Dolan in the amount of $638,105.00 for the City's 2001 Road Program.
