WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the City Hall Landscape Project and the
following bids were received:
Earth Works Services
Durham Hill Nursery
Lambs Nursery
Base Bid
$34,450.00
$48,631.44
$37,862.45
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director have
reviewed the bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Earth Works Services in the amount of $34,450.00, subject to the
company's financial stability and quality of work history acceptable to the
EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
