APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Lakewood Condominiums
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the Final Plat for Lakewood Development
on September 12,2000 through Resolution #188-2000, as amended; and
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted for Lakewood Condominiums, a 48-
unit condominium development located within the Final Plat of Lakewood Development
(f.k.a. Overlook Bay Phase II) property, located in the SE % of Section 8; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 78-2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for Lakewood Condominiums, located in the SE %of Section 8,
subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Department, City Engineers, and Fire Department, and payment of all applicable fees in
Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if
applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a '.DXF, *.DWG, or '.DGN file of this
Condominium Plat shall be submitted to the City and approved by the City Engineer
prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
