RESOLUTION TO APPOINT SPECIAL PROSECUTOR
WHEREAS, The City must appoint a special prosecutor for a case involving a police
officer's family member; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the firm of Hippenmeyer,
Reilly, Moodie & Blum, S.C. be appointed to represent the City regarding this case at an
hourly rate of $80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance committee, does hereby appoint
the firm of Hippenmeyer, Reilly, Moodie & Blum, S.C. as special prosecutor at an hourly
rate of $80.
