ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Sanitary SewerlForce Main
Salentine and Loughney
WHEREAS, Section 111 of the Subdivider's Agreement dated May 25, 2000 requires the
developer to complete improvements required in the Agreement and dedicate the same
to the City; and
WHEREAS, The City shall accept said dedication if said improvements have been
completed as required by the Subdivider's Agreement and as required by applicable
City ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, The Building and Engineering Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met for sanitary sewedforce main; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has recommended acceptance of sanitary
sewedforce main; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed and approved the letter of credit
reduction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the dedication of sanitary sewedforce main in accordance with the Subdivider's
Agreement dated May 25, 2000.
