RESOLUTION #93-2001
REJECTION OF BIDS
Veterans Memorial Park Pavilion
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Veterans Memorial Park Pavilion and
the following bids were received:
AS/ General $83,837
Math Starck & Sons, Inc. $117,350
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the bids and has recommended the
rejection of all bids as the funds budgeted are insufficient to complete the project as
planned; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the specifications for the
project be modified and the project rebid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby reject all
bids submitted as the funds budgeted are insufficient to complete the project with the
specifications to be modified and the project rebid.
