APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Stonegate Estates Subdivision
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on April 4, 2001 for Stonegate Estates
Subdivision in the NW '/4 of Section 13 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #73-2001, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Stonegate Estates Subdivision in the NW '/4 of Section 13 in the Town of
Waterford.
@ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
