CCR2001077COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #77-2001 DETERMINATION OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO ORIGINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR DREAMLAND WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted for an amendment to the original Planned Development District approved for Dreamland; and WHEREAS, The amendment, as depicted on submittal dated March 23,2001, proposes to: Eliminate all 150 units of multiple family housing from future phases, Eliminate one outlot, thereby reducing the commercial floor area by at least 6,000 square feet, Reduce the size of the Jewel1 Osco commercial building from 62,000 square feet to 57,000 square feet, Increase the size of strip multi-tenant commercial space from 13,540 square feet to 15,080 square feet, and Increase the size of single tenant commercial space from 17,000 square feet to 86,600 square feet to accommodate a Kohl's Department Store. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has adopted Resolution #P.C. 048-2001, which finds the amendment to be a substantial alteration from the approved Dreamland Planned Development and recommends that the Common Council determine the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine that the proposed amendment to the original, approved Planned Development District for Dreamland does constitute a substantial change, and that a public hearing before the Common Council should be held upon petition by the developer DATED THIS 10th DAY OF April ,2001 SPONSORED BY: Ald.
