RESOLUTION #73-2001
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Stonegate Estates - Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Stonegate Estates Subdivision, consisting of 27
residential lots and two outlots in the NW YI of Section 13 in the Town of Waterford,
was submitted on March 22,2001, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Stonegate Estates Subdivision located in the NW YI of Section 13 in
the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
