AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION
OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
AGAINST BENEFITED PROPERTY
(North Capemyan Road North 500 Feet Boxboro-LANG)
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #52-2001 was adopted on March 13,2001, and
WHEREAS, A portion of one of the properties subject to the assessment is being divided and
sold to the City for the construction of a pump station for this sewer project; and
WHEREAS, The property owners and the City have negotiated pursuant to the Assessment
Policy of the City and the Final Resolution as to the assessment on Tax Key No. 2256.986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby amend the Final Assessment Resolution #52-2001 as to the Luann and Gene Lang
property, Tax Key No. 2256.986 as follows:

City closes on the acquisition of said property on or before April 30,2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment Resolution
#52-2001 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by this Resolution.
