RESOLUTION #59-2001
ADOPTION OF DIGITAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, The Plan Department maintains individual quarter section zoning maps for
the City of Muskego in paper form and said maps are in disrepair; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Department has prepared a single replacement map in digital
form, which is more efficient and will better serve the City and the public; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended adoption of the map through the
adoption of Resolution #P.C. 035-2001, and
WHEREAS, Section 17.3.04(3) of the Zoning Ordinance allows the Common Council to
adopt a new map by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby adopt a
new digital zoning map for the City of Muskego.
