APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Twilight Heights Subdivision
Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on February 19. 2001 for Twilight Heights
Subdivision in the NW ‘/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #168-2000 on August 8,
2000; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Twilight Heights Subdivision in the NW % of Section 3 in the Town of
Norway. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 029-2001 a RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR THE TWILIGHT HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NW '/4 SECTION 3, TOWN
OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A final plat for the Twilight Heights Subdivision, a 15 lot subdivision, was submitted
by James Fritz for the property located along East Wind Lake Road and North Wind Lake Road
in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Norway, on February 19, 2001, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council is necessary
under the City's subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future
street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial final plat creating a 15 lot land
division of the property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Norway.
