RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH LICENSE FEE
(Non-Intoxicating Beverage License)
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that various fees may
be established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the following license fee be
established:
CHAPTER 12.02 NON-INTOXICATING AND SODA WATER BEVERAGES
$5 fee for non-intoxicating beverage license
(sold for consumption on premises)
$5 for non-intoxicating beverage license
(sold for consumption off premises) per s66.0433
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
passage and publication of Ord. #I057
