PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE ASSIGNMENT OF SAVINGS
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached
Voicestream PCS II Corporation Performance Assurance Assignment of Savings for
project located at SI08 W17044 Loomis Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign and accept the
Assignment of Savings in the name of the City.

If after termination of the Site Lease Acknowledgment the requirements of the Lease have been completed in a
satisfactory manner, and a written release of this assignment from the City of Muskego is received, this Assignment
