WIHEREAS, PAUL W. MANSKE began working as a patrol officer for the City of Muskego
Police Department on Febwary. I I, 1974: and
WHEREAS, on March IO, 1974, OFFICER PAUL MANSKE gradunlcd from Llic Waukesha
County Police Recruit Academy at Waukesha County Technical Institute; and
WHEREAS. OFFICER PAUL MANSKE attcnded thc University of Wisconsin ~ Milwaukee
where he received a BA in Criminal lustice: and
WHEREAS, PAUL MANSKE was promoted to the position of Sergeant 011 February 28, 1983;

WHEREAS, SGT. PAUL MANSKE graduated from the 82"'' School of Police Staffand
Command atNorthwestern University Traffic Institute in January of 1995; and
WHEREAS, SCT. PAUL MANSKE was certified at the ldentificatiolh System Training School
in August, 1984, and maintained all B of I records. arrest records. and fingerprint cards: and
WHEREAS, PAUL MANSKE served his Coulhtry in the Army Reserves from February, 1972
until his retiremcnt as a Lt Coloncl in May, 1998; and
WHEREAS, PAUL MANSKE lhas been A dedicaled member of the City of Muskego Police
Department, and lhas rcprcscntcd thc City ot Muskego ill an exemplary manner
NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council ofthe City of Muskego
does hereby recognize and appreciate the 27 years ofservice PAUL W. MANSKE lhas provided
to the City of Muskego, and wishes him a happy and healthy 1-etirement.
