RESOLUTION TO COMMIT FINANCING
Department of Public Works Plow Truck
WHEREAS, The EngineeringlBuilding Inspection Director has requested permission to
order a 4 x 4 plow truck for the Department of Public Works now to ensure delivery in
2002; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the EngineeringlBuilding
Inspection Director be granted permission to order the plow truck now with the
commitment to budget and approve an amount not to exceed $270,000 in the 2002
Capital Budget to finance the purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby commit to
budget and approve an amount not to exceed $270,000 in the 2002 Capital Budget to
finance a 4 x 4 plow truck for the Department of Public Works with delivery to be in
2002.
