WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Superior EPI Lift Station and Force Main and
the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Advanced Sewer & Water in the amount of
$477,546.00 be accepted for the Superior EPI Lift Station and Force Main.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego.
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
Advanced Sewer & Water in the amount of $477,546 for the Superior EPI Lift Station and
Force Main contingent upon acquisition of all properties necessary to complete the project and
contingent upon all award and contract documents being approved by the Mayor and receipt of
DNR and DOT permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any
changes at their discretion upon the recommendation of the City Engineers.
