CCR2001007AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #7-2001 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP King WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted to finalize a one-parcel land division of the King property located on Hillendale Drive in the SE % of Section 19; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 207-2000 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one-parcel land division of the King property located on Hillendale Drive in the SE %of Section 19 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 207-2000. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital DXF file, *.DGN file, or '.DWG file of this Certified Survey Map be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-112" diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the City Engineer DATED THIS gTH DAY OF JANUARY ,2001 SPONSORED BY: Ald. Kathy Chiaverotti This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #7-2001 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 1 /2001 jmb RESOLUTION #P.C. 207-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A DIVISION FOR THE KING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE YI OF SECTION 19 (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2236.999 1 HILLENDALE DRIVE) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted for a one lot land division of the King property located in the SE % of Section 19, (Part of Tax Key No. 2236.999 1 Hillendale Drive), and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission's previously approved sketch review, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA Exclusive Agriculture District, requiring a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 150 feet for land divisions intended for family members, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The adopted Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for rural and agricultural uses, and the proposal is consistent with the Plan, and WHEREAS, Said parcels be serviced by City private sanitary sewer and water facilities and WHEREAS, Hillendale Drive is illustrated to be dedicated to its ultimate width as depicted on the 201 0 Street System Plan. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a one (1 ) lot land division of the King property located in the SE % of Section 19 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
