AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO
CARRY OUT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY KNOWN AS
(Park Acquisition)
RESOLUTION #243-2000
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has passed Resolution of Necessity known as
Resolution #243-2000; and
WHEREAS, The hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert is necessary to carry out
the project and an agricultural impact statement may be required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor, in consultation with the City Attorney, to
hire an appraiser and relocation expert for said project and to obtain an agricultural
impact statement if required.
