CCR2000243COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #243-2000 RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY (Park Acquisition) THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1, That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity, in accordance with §32.06(1) and §32.07(2), Wis. Statutes relating to the within-described public improvement project; 2. That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for the City of Muskego to acquire fee simple title in said property for park purposes; 3. In furtherance of the above stated public purpose, the City of Muskego must acquire fee simple title to the real estate more specifically described on attached Exhibit “A” and attached Exhibit “B’ consisting of a legal description and map; 4. That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation in accordance with Chapter 32, Wis. Statutes, if necessary, the above-described interest in the above described real-estate from the record owners thereof and from any and all persons or entities who may have a record interest in said real estate. a That the herein Resolution was passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego this 28th day of November, 2000 by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.
