RESOLUTION #236-2000
DETERMINATION OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO
ORIGINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR
CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted for an amendment to the original Planned
Unit Development approved for Champions Village of Country Club Villages for the
development known as Muitfield Village; and
WHEREAS, The amendment proposes to replace an 84-unit attached single family
condominium development with 15 detached single family residential parcels to be
known as the Resetve at Champions Village Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, subject to recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine
that the proposed amendment to the original Planned Unit Development for Champions
Village of Country Club Villages does constitute a substantial change, and that a public
hearing before the Common Council should be held upon petition by the developer
