RESOLUTION #232-2000
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Sewer Project MSS-1-99)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follow:
1 That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order which is Resolution
#31-2000 which was passed and approved on January 25,2000.
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in accordance with
§32.05(1). Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public
improvement project and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in
accordance with §32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary and public
purpose to construct sanitary sewer improvements as shown on the map
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A-1 "
4. That said sanitary sewer improvements will be built as set forth on the map
which is annexed to this Amended Relocation Order as Exhibit "A-1'' and is
0 incorporated herein.
5. That the site of said sanitary sewer improvements is contained in Exhibit "A-1"
which is incorporated herein; that the legal description to said site is attached
hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B-1 "
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire fee simple title and a temporary
construction easement for sanitary sewer improvements as indicated on Exhibits
"A-1'' and "B-1" attached to this Amended Relocation Order
Passed and approved this 14th day of November , 2000.
I hereby certify that on the 14th day of November , 2000, the within
Amended Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 nays by
the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Being part of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Said Permanent Pump Station Easement is
bounded and described as follows (see attached Exhibit “A”):
Commencing at the Southeast comer of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 24; thence
North OI”22’14” West along the East line of said Southeast one-quarter, 1329.22 feet to the
point on the North line of the South one-half of the aforesaid Southeast one-quarter; thence
South 87”24’43” West along said North line, 745.59 feet to a point on the East right-of-way
(R.O.W.) line of North Cape Road (C.T.H. “00’); thence South 07’11’57” East along said
East R.0.W line, 105.00 feet to the point of beginning (hereinafter known as point “A”); ’ 0 thence North 82”45’03” East, 150.00 feet; thence North 07”11’57“ West, 95.90 feet to a point
on the aforesaid North line of said Southeast one-quarter; thence South 87”24’43” West along
said North line, 150.49 feet to a point on the aforesaid East R.0.W line; thence South
