REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Lekfield
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Lekfield
property located in the SW % of Section 19 on Henneberry Drive and Crowbar Road
was approved in Resolution #187-2000 on September 12,2000; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period
and re-approval by the Common Council is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel
division of the Lekfield property located in the SW % of Section 19 on Henneberry Drive
and Crowbar Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the
City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette).
