A RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EXTENSION OF MOORLAND ROAD
AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMUNITY CENTER
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Whereas, this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with sec. 32.05(1) of the
Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of the within described public improvement project and it is
also a determination of necessity for the project in accordance with sec. 32.07(2) of the
Wisconsin Statutes;
Whereas, it is necessary and a public purpose for the City of Muskego to construct a
community center in the area of Janesville Road, and to extend Moorland Road, south of
Janesville Road, in the City of Muskego, for the purpose of providing a public place for the
community to use for municipal, educational, recreational and social activities;
Whereas, in furtherance of the above-stated public purpose, it is necessary for the City of 0 Muskego to acquire the fee title to certain real estate interests located south of Janesville Road,
in the City of Muskego, described as part of Tax Key Number Key 2202.999, and more
specifically described in the attached legal description and map set forth in Exhibit “A” and
incorporated herein by reference as required by sec. 32.05(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes;
Whereas, said acquisition is pursuant to the authority granted under sec. 62.22 (I) &
(I m) and sec. 62.23( 17) of the Wisconsin Statutes;
Whereas, the construction of said community center and extension of Moorland Road
shall be as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
Whereas, the City of Muskego shall acquire the lands and interests therein as shown on
the attached Exhibit “A” as provided by Chapter 32 of the Wisconsin Statutes from the record
owner thereof, who presently is believed to be Pam Boehm Maciolek, and from any and all other
persons who may have a record interest in said lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego that it hereby authorizes this Relocation Order and directs the Clerk-Treasurer to file a
copy of this Resolution within 20 days after its issue and approval with the County Clerk of
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, on behalf of the City.
PASSED and APPROVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego this 24th day
of October, 2000, by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.

Legal Description
Community Center/Boehm Property
Being that part of the Northwest one quarter of the Southwest one quarter of Section 11, all
being in Town 5 Range 20 east City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest one quarter of Section 11, said point
being the place of beginning, hence easterly along said line 5702 feet, thence southeasterly
along the eastern right of way of Moorland Road, 12902 feet, thence south along the east line of
the northwest one quarter of the southwest one quarter 3902 feet, thence westerly 12702 feet,
thence north along the west line of the SW X of Section 11, 1250 feet to the place of beginning.
Said lands containing approximately 1,239,200 square feet. 28.44 acres, more or less.
