APPROVAL 2001 SALARY INCREASE FOR
CITY OF MUSKEG0
NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES OF THE
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego approved a Pay for Performance
Program in 1999 for all non-represented employees; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council determined at that time that the salary schedule increase
would be set annually following review of the internal increases of other bargaining units, the
Midwest and Milwaukee area CPI, and the employee cost trend for all salaries in the State of
Wisconsin; and
I I WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the information and has recommended a
salary schedule increase of 3.5 YO for 2001 with all adjustments retroactive to January 1, 2001
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby approve a salary schedule increase of 3.5% for 2001 with all adjustments retroactive
to January 1,2001
