APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Lakewood Condominiums
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the Final Plat for Lakewood Development
on September 12, 2000 through Resolution #I 88-2000, as amended; and
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted for Lakewood Condominiums, a 48-

I unit condominium development (f.k.a. Overlook Bay Phase II), located in the SE ?A of
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 191-2000.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for Lakewood Condominiums, subject to approval of the City
in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and any special assessments which
may be due.
, Engineer and all objecting and approving agencies, and receipt of all fees as provided
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF file of this condominium plat be submitted to
the City (3-1/2” diskette).
