CCR2000209COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #209-2000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Bagley WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on September 14, 2000 to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Bagley property located on Gold Drive in the SW YI of Section 4; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 182-2000 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Bagley property located in the SW YI of Section 4 on Gold Drive subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 182-2000. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette). Kathy Chiaverotti This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #209-2000 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 1012000jmb RESOLUTION #P.C. 182-2000 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE BAGLEY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW % OF SECTION 4 (TAX KEY NO. 2175.975 AND 2175.976 I W187 S6996 GOLD DRIVE) WHEREAS, On September 14,2000 a certified survey map was submitted by Audrey Bagley for a two (2) lot land division of the Bagley property located in the SW % of Section 4, (Tax Key No. 2175.975 and 2175.976 / W187 S6996 Gold Drive), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create no additional parcels, would adjust lot lines between existing parcels, and would result in parcels with a minimum area of 22,600 SF and an average minimum width of 67 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-3/0LS, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Lakeshore Overlay, requiring a minimum lot size of 10,000 SF and an average minimum width of 67 feet, and parcels appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements for lots of record prior to March 1, 2000, and WHEREAS, The adopted Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, The ultimate right-of-way required by the adopted 2010 Highway System Plan has been previously dedicated, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by public sewer and private water THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being Submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Bagley property located in the SW % of Section 4. BE IT FURTHER,RESOLVED, That grading and drainage plan will be required to be approved by the City Engineer concurrent with the final certified survey map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital '.DXF file, *.DGN file, or *.DWG file of this Certified Survey Map be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette) and all information transmitted on the diskettes shall be tied to and referenced to State Plane Coordinates NGVD 1929 or others approved by the City Engineer Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: October 3, 2000 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: October 3, 2000 ATEST.
