HONORING CITY OF MUSKEG0 EAGLE SCOUT
ERIC ROMMELFAENGER
WHEREAS, ERIC ROMMELFAENGER, resident of the City of Muskego was awarded
the rank of Eagle Scout on April 15, 2000; and
WHEREAS, This achievement came about as a result of years of service and
dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, ERIC was a founding member of Troop 18 and also a member of Troop
19; he served in many positions including Patrol Leader, Troop Guide, Assistant Senior
Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader; and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster for these troops;
and
WHEREAS, ERIC spent many hours working on his Eagle Scout project in which he
organized the construction of a picnic and meditation area along the Fox River on the
grounds of the Franciscan Retreat Center in Burlington, Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, In addition to scouting, ERIC also serves the community through his
involvement with the YMCA where he is a youth representative to the Building and
Grounds Committee; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to recognize the
achievements of ERIC ROMMELFAENGER.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby commend ERIC ROMMELFAENGER for achieving the rank of
Eagle Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required to reach scouting's
highest rank.
