RESOLUTION TO REPEAL FEE
(Review Fees - Plan Commission)
(Legal Lot Status)
WHEREAS, Ordinance #lo43 proposes to amend Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Muskego relating to existing substandard lots; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed information submitted by the Plan Director to
repeal the application review fee for legal lot status in the amount of $1 16 and has recommended
approval subject to passage and publication of Ordinance #1043.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby repeal the current $1 16
application review fee for legal lot status subject to adoption of Ordinance #lo43 to be effective
upon passage and publication of said ordinance.
