RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Schedule of Building Permit Fees
Erosion Control Deposits)
WHEREAS, Ordinance #lo40 proposes to amend Chapter 29 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Muskego to establish an Erosion Control Deposit; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has reviewed the establishment of an erosion control
deposit and has recommended that the Schedule of Building Permit Fees, Table #1, Chapter 30
be amended to incorporate erosion control deposits on the schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby amend and approve the
Schedule of Building Permit Fees - Table #I, Chapter 30 to incorporate erosion control deposits
on the schedule subject to adoption of Ordinance #lo40 to be effective upon passage and
publication of said ordinance.
