APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Twilight Heights - Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Twilight Heights Subdivision, a 15 lot subdivision in
the NW % of Section 3 in the Town of Norway, was submitted on July 21, 2000; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Twilight Heights Subdivision, a 15 lot subdivision in the NW X of
Section 3 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.

RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE TWILIGHT HEtGHTS SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN THE NW % SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Twilight Heights Subdivision, a 15 lot
subdivision, was submitted by James Fritz for the property located along East
Wind Lake Road and North Wind Lake Road in the NW 114 of Section 3, Town
of Norway, on July 21,2000, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan
Commission and Common Council is necessary under the City 's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts
with future street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within
their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
preliminary plat creating a 15 lot land division of the property located in the NW
114 of Section 3, Town of Norway.
