CCR2000167COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #167-2000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Ganos WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 14, 2000 to finalize a two- parcel land division of the Ganos property located on Lake Drive in the NE % of Section 9; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 144-2000 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Ganos property located in the NE % of Section 9 on Lake Drive subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 144-2000. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette). Kathy Chiaverotti This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #167-2000 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 8lOOjmb ADOPTED RESOLUTION #P.C. 144-2000 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE GANOS PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE %OF SECTION 9 (TAX KEY NO. 2193.997, 2193.997.001, AND 2193.998.002) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 14,2000 by Brian Ganos for a two (2) lot land division of the properties located in the NE % of Section 9 (Tax Key Nos. 2193.997, 2193.997.001, and 2193.998.002), and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map splits the land in Tax Key No. 2193.997 between the lands identified by Tax Key Nos. 2193.997.001 and 2193.998.002, and WHEREAS, The residence and garage located on the land in Tax Key No. 2193.997 are proposed to be razed, and WHEREAS, Said properties are zoned RS3/0LS, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Lake Shore Overlay, and are existing legal lots of record, and are exempt from the land division ordinance, and WHEREAS, The adopted 2005 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for low density rural residential development, and this proposal is in conformance with that Plan, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for low density rural residential development, and this proposal is in conformance with that Plan, and WHEREAS, Said parcels are serviced by public sanitary and private water facilities, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division of the Ganos properly located in the NE X of Section 9 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Razing permits for all structures located on the land identified by Tax Key No. 2193.997shall be obtained prior to December 31, 2000. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF, *.DWG, or '.DGN file of this CSM shall be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-112" diskette).
