RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Sewer Utility)
f WHEREAS, Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego contains existing
fees that relate to the sewer utility; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1035 proposes to amend Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code and
said ordinance provides that these fees be established by Resolution of the Common
I Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby establish the following fees that related to Chapter 21 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Sewer Utility):
Section 21.06 (6) Initial Construction Fee
Section 21.06 (9) Vacant Building inspection Fee
Section 21.21(5) Permit Fee

$100
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That these fees are effective upon passage and
publication of Ordinance 1035.
