REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Wiza
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a four-parcel division of the Wiza property located
in the SW ‘/4 of Section 8 on Hillendale Drive was approved in Resolution # I3 1-2000 on June 13,
2000; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period and re-
approval by the Common Council is necessary
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a four-parcel division of the Wiza
property located in the SW Yi of Section 8 on Hillendale Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by
Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and
approval of the City Engineer
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City
prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 lh” diskette).
