RESOLUTION #145-2000
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Pasadena Temporary Cul-de-sac
WHEREAS, The Pasadena temporary cul-de-sac was secured by Letter of Credit dated
September 10, 1998 to assure completion of the improvements and dedication of the
same to the City; and
WHEREAS, The City shall accept said dedication if said improvements have been
completed as required by applicable City ordinances and other applicable laws and as
approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has advised that all of the above requirements
have been met; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and Public Works Committee have
recommended acceptance of the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities and Public Works
Committees, does hereby accept the dedication of sanitary sewer, water and roads in
accordance with the Letter of Credit dated September 10, 1998.
