RESOLUTION #143-2000
AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(Woods Road-Pellmann)
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #24-2000 was adopted on January 25, 2000;
and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee, has recommended that the Final
Assessment Resolution be amended to reflect the following change to the assessment
roll due to a reduction in the actual costs for the sewer lateral:

Actual Costs Using As-Constructed Quantities
Inside Drop Manhole $ 4,500.00
8 inch Pressure Rated Sanitary Lateral 6,020.00
Extra Depth for Sewer Lateral 1,958.22
Credit for lnsitu Material - 530.40
Temporary Bituminous Pavement 960.00
Permanent Bituminous Pavement 1,350.00
Total Construction Costs 14,257.82 0 20% Administration 2,851.56
Total Sewer Lateral Costs $17,109.38
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
amend the Final Assessment Resolution #24-2000, to reflect the change noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment
Resolution #24-2000 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by this
Resolution.
