RESOLUTION #140-2000
DECLARATION OF PUBLIC ROADS
(Janesville Court and Oak Grove Drive)
WHEREAS, State General Transportation Aids are available to the City based in part
on the number of miles of the City's roads; and
WHEREAS, It has been discovered that Janesville Court and the stub off of Oak Grove
Drive have not been included on the City's official map submitted for General
Transportation Aids; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Department has advised that they have maintained and
plowed these roads as public streets for many years; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the EngineeringlBuilding Inspection
Department Director, does hereby declare that Janesville Court and the stub off of Oak
Grove Drive are public roads and have been maintained and plowed for many years as
public streets.
