RESOLUTION #139-2000
RESOLUTION OF CITY APPOINTMENT TO JOINT REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Any City that seeks to create a tax incremental district shall convene a
Joint Review Board to review the proposal; and
WHEREAS, The City must choose a representative to sit on the Joint Review Board;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby choose Finance Director Dawn Gunderson as the City's
representative to the Joint Review Board.
