APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Lilac Meadows Subdivision
Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on March 22, 2000 for Lilac Meadows
Subdivision in the NW '/4 of Section 8 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #50-2000 on March 14,
2000; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Lilac Meadows Subdivision in the NW X of Section 8 in the Town of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
