THIRD AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(Loomis RoadlDrive Sewer Project MSS-1A-96)
(Assessment District "SM")
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #167-96 was adopted on July 23, 1996, Amended
and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #19-97 was adopted on February 11, 1997 and
Second Amended and Revised Final Resolution #33-99 was adopted on February 23, 1999;
and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee, upon the request of the property owner, has
reviewed and recommended that the Final Assessment Resolution be amended as follows:
Tax Key No. 2259.995
Delete 9.75 Feet at $62.04 per foot of the Deferred Assessment for said property
Total Amount to be Nonassessable is $604.89
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego.
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #167-96, to reflect the change noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment Resolution
#167-96, Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #19-97, and Second Amended
and Revised Final Resolution #33-99 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by
this Resolution.
