RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE TEMPORARY
LOCATION OF MUNICIPAL COURT
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Chapter 1, Section 1.06 (2)(e) 2. of the Municipal Code of the City of
Muskego states that the Municipal Judge shall hold court in the Muskego City Hall
unless temporarily designated by resolution of the Council; and
WHEREAS, Municipal court cannot be held at Muskego City Hall during the remodeling
project and it is necessary to designate a temporary location for the Municipal Judge to
hold court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby designate the Muskego Public Library, S73 W16663
Janesville Road, as the temporary location for municipal court during the remodeling
project with the understanding that municipal court will be held at Muskego City Hall
upon completion of the remodeling project.
