RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Water/lmprovements)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common
Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1 That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with
§32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within
described public improvement project and it is also a determination
of necessity for that project in accordance with §32.07(02), Wisconsin
Statutes.
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary
and public purpose to construct water transmission and distribution
facilities and similar water improvements as shown on the map
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A
3. That said water transmission and distribution facilities and similar
water improvements will be built as set forth on the map which is
annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated
herein.
4. That the site of said water transmission and distribution facilities and
similar water improvements is contained in Exhibit '"A which is in -
corporated herein; that the legal description to said site is attached
hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B"
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement and
temporary construction easement for water transmission and distribution facilities
and similar water improvements as indicated
on Exhibits "A" and "B

I hereby certify that on the 9th day of May. 2000, the within
Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of 3 ayes to 0 nays by the
Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

All that part of the Southwest one quarter of the Northeast one quarter of Section 19,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of the Northeast one quarter of Section 19; thence
North 01°22'40" West along the West line of the Northeast one quarter of Section 19 and
the West line of lands designated by Tax Key Parcel No. MSKC 2233-996-001, 1039.16
feet to the point of beginning; thence North 87"51'21" East, 486.73 feet; thence North
21'44'52" East, 218.70 feet; thence North 87"52'51" East, 763.59 feet to the center line of
Hillendale Drive; thence North Ol"30'52" West along the center line ofHillendale Drive,
30.00 feet; thence South 87"52'5 I" West along the South line of lands designated by Tax
Key Parcel No. MSKC. 2233-996-004,783.44 feet to a point on the Easterly line of land
designated by Tax Key Parcel No. MSKC. 2233-996-002; thence South 21"44'52" West
along the Easterly line of said lands, 218.70 feet to the Southeast comer of said lands;
