RESOLUTION #96-2000
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE SELECTION OF
ENGINEERING/BUILDING INSPECTION DZRECTOR
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Sean E. McMullen has been selected to fill the position OfEngineeringhilding
Inspection Director by the Committee members appointed by the Mayor for this purpose with the
Mayor’s concurrence, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council is required to approve such appointment; and
WHEREAS, The 2000 biweekly starting salary will be $2,057.69 and benefits ofthe position, as
established for Nonrepresented, with addition of the following:
Two (2) Weeks Vacation for the first year of employment.
Starting Date: May 24, 2000 or sooner upon notification.
City will pay for any COBRA expense for benefits.
Education Requirement ofjob description to be fulfilled by December 31, 2003.
A $1,500 base salary adjustment will be implemented for each building
certification received.
Upon receiving PE certification, Council will reclassify to Director of Engineering and
Code Enforcement ( M9 classification ), with pay to be at the same percentage of
midpoint in new range.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of Mayor David L. De Angelis and successful completion of a
background check, does hereby confirm the selection of Sean E. McMullen to fill the position of
Engineerinfluilding Inspection Director, effective May 24, 2000 or sooner upon notification.

FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT STANDING COMMIITEE
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, in accordance
with the negotiated agreement between Future Parkland Development, Inc. and the City
of Muskego, does hereby confirm the following appointment made by the Mayor to the
Future Parkland Development Standing Committee:

(Term to expire April, 2003)
