RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL
WHEREAS, The City’s Assessor has requested legal representation at the Board of
Review which is scheduled to hear several objections; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that Attorney Steve Hayes be
retained at $175 an hour to represent the City Assessor at the 2000 Board of Review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the hiring of Attorney Steve Hayes at $1 75 an hour to represent the City
Assessor at the 2000 Board of Review.
