CCR2000085COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #85-2000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Sayer WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on February 24,2000 to finalize a three-parcel land division of the Sayer property located on Pioneer Drive in the NW '/4 of Section 16; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission amended and adopted Resolution #P.C. 048-2000 recommending approval subject to the wetland findings being approved by the jurisdictional regulating agency and the grading plan being approved by the City Engineer NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a three-parcel land division of the Sayer property located in the NW l/i of Section 16 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 048- 2000, as amended and adopted, which include the wetland findings being approved by the jurisdictional regulating agency and the grading plan being approved by the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 W diskette). Kathy Chiaverotti This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #85-2000 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 8 0 AMENDED RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR FINAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A THREE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE SAYER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW % OF SECTION 16 (TAX KEY NO. 2222.997) RESOLUTION #P.C. 048-2000 WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted by Cameron Sayer for a three (3) lot land division of the property located in the NW % of Section 16, better known as W180 S8088 Pioneer Drive on February 24,2000 and WHEREAS, All parcels of said property are zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 11 0 feet, and the lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The 2005 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for medium density residential development, and this proposal is consistent with said Plan. WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water, and WHEREAS, the 2010 Street System Plan depicts Pioneer Drive to be dedicated to its ultimate width of 100 feet, and the Certified Survey Map conforms with said Plan. WHEREAS, Wetlands are present on the subject parcels and are required to be delineated by SEWRPC or designee, and WHEREAS, A grading plan will be required to be submitted for the lots created by the final Certified Survey Map. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Final Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a three (3) lot land division of the Sayer property in the NW 3/4 of Section 16. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a grading plan shall be submitted for review and approval concurrent with the Certified Survey Map submittal. RESOLUTION #P.C. 048-2000 Page 2 8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all wetlands are required to be delineated on the Final Certified Survey Map by SEWRPC or designee. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is granted subject to the wetland findings approved by the jurisdictional regulating agency and the grading plan is approved by the City Engineer.
