Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions Ten years of progressively responsible experience in civil and municipal engineering along with a thorough understanding of building construction and related activities. Successfully completed seventy percent of the graduation requirements for a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a college or university of recognized standing Completion within reasonable time as determined at date of hire. Have sufficient experience to qualify for registration as a Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin. Possess operational knowledge of GIs, CAD, Mathcad and office suite applications.
