REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Meinen
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a three-parcel division of the Meinen property on
Courtland Lane in the NW ‘/4 of Section 12 was approved by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego through Resolution #22-2000 adopted January 25,2000; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period and re-
approval by the Common Council is necessary; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission recommended approval through Resolution #P.C. 019-2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey
Map to finalize a three-parcel division of the Meinen property on Courtland Lane in the NW % of
Section 12.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by
Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and
approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City
prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %” diskette).
